WHO ARE WE?
League1 AB is the province of Alberta’s Pro-Am, standards-based, soccer competition.
There is a Men’s Division and a Women’s Division, with the regular-season champions going on to represent the league in the TELUS Canadian Championship and League1 Canada Women’s Inter-Provincial Championship.
WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE?
League1 AB serves as a steppingstone from the high-performance youth level, to the elite amateur and professional levels of the game. Our primary focus is to showcase and develop Canada’s future soccer stars, and provide an important platform for up-and-coming coaches and match officials.
WHO RUNS THE ORGANIZATION?
League1 AB is owned and managed by the Alberta Soccer Association. We are also partners of Canadian Soccer Business (CSB) and a proud member of the League1 Canada alliance.
